Today the California Public Utilities Commission voted 5-0 to approve the Gas Accord II Settlement Agreement. The Settlement extends all existing Gas Accord rates and services for one year - through December 31, 2003 for transmission services, and through March 31, 2004 for storage services. This action allows the Extension and Open Season to move forward as expected.
