On June 17th, joint reply comments were filed by the Settlement Parties in the Gas Accord II proceeding. Initial comments were filed by six parties on or before June 10th. None of the six parties (Calpine, DGS, El Paso, Lodi, NCGC, and SoCal Gas/SDG&E) opposed the Settlement Agreement, although a few requested one or more changes.
