Contract Extension Letters
Monday, June 10, 2002
The Gas Accord II Settlement Agreement, now awaiting California Public Utilities Commission approval, offers most transportation and storage customers an option to extend their 2002 firm contracts for one year.
California Gas Transmission mailed each customer with an extendable contract a complete list of their extendable contracts. In this letter, CGT requested each customer review their list and confirm it by June 28, 2002.
As always, your CGT Account Services Representative is available to answer any questions you may have.
