On May 29th, the Administrative Law Judge granted a joint request by the Settlement Parties for a shortened comment period for the proposed Gas Accord II Settlement Agreement. Under the ALJ's Ruling, opening comments are due to be filed on or before June 10, 2002, with reply comments due on or before June 17.
