Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission reminds shippers that new shrinkage factors will become effective on gas day March 1, 2002.

The California Public Utilities Commission approved the shrinkage credit mechanism announced in the Pipe Ranger Recent News article New In-Kind Shrinkage Factors. Please use the new shrinkage factors when nominating for gas day March 1.
