California Gas Transmission's October 19, 2001, Pipe Ranger article announced the rollout of four new enhancements to INSIDEtracc. One of the new enhancements related to EDI for Off-System Delivery nominations having one downstream delivery (Dest ID) destination but multiple downstream contract (Down Cont) numbers.

When nominating off-system deliveries using multiple downstream contracts, it is important and required to use the same downstream contract on both pipelines to ensure proper allocation of volumes. Matching nominations must have the same downstream contract number for both pipelines involved in the transaction.
