Two revised forms are now available from the Pipe Ranger library's list of Standard Forms:

• Authorization to Revise Exhibit C of PG&E's Natural Gas Service Agreement
• Authorization to Revise Exhibit D of PG&E's Natural Gas Service Agreement.

Use these new forms to update marketer information in Pacific Gas and Electric Company Natural Gas Service Agreements. Simply follow the instructions to fill out a form online, print it, have the end-use customer sign it, and fax it to the number indicated on the form.
