Usage Data Used for 1/11/2002 OFO

This morning a System-Wide OFO was called for gas day 1/11/2002. The gas usage data for 1/9/2002 was not available, so the SW-OFO that was called for gas day 1/11/2002 was developed by retreiving the gas usage data for 1/4/2002.
