If you use Internet Explorer to access the Internet, and have upgraded to Internet Explorer version 5.5, Service Pack 2, you must download a new Citrix plug-in to access INSIDEtracc.

Click on the Citrix Plug-in link from the Home page, then on the Recommended Download link. Once you click on the executable file, the new Citrix plug-in (version 6.20.985) will download to your computer. This new plug-in version will work with INSIDEtracc whether you have upgraded your version of Internet Explorer or not, although it must be used if you have upgraded to IE 5.5, Service Pack 2.
