Last month, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission mailed revised Electronic Commerce System User Agreements (Agreements) to all customers. The Agreement was approved by the California Public Utilities Commission, and each customer needs to return a signed Agreement to CGT by the end of September.
