El Paso Natural Gas Pipeline is experiencing technical difficulties that prevented them from providing Timely cycle, scheduled allocation volumes to Pacific Gas and Elelctric Company's California Gas Transmission for gas flow day August 30, 2001. CGT, therefore, scheduled the Timely cycle for August 30 using the Timely Confirmed volume numbers previously sent to El Paso.
