Today, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's California Gas Transmission (CGT) kicks off Winter Wednesdays, Pipe Ranger weekly dispatches conferring helpful hints and critical information about the upcoming cold season.
Today's edition of Winter Wednesday contains an updated version of Getting Ready for Winter, a document all CGT shippers should be familiar with. Getting Ready for Winter explains and suggests actions to prepare for Operational Flow Orders (OFOs), Emergency Flow Orders (EFOs), Involuntary Diversions, and Local Curtailments.
