The procedure to manually view saved INSIDEtracc reports has temporarily changed. Due to unforeseen circumstances, California Gas Transmission had to switch to a back-up server for INSIDEtracc reports.

Three pieces of information are required if you use the Navigate, Reports, View Saved Reports option in INSIDEtracc: User Name, Password and Volume. Currently, the Volume is set to "gtsnt". Until further notice, please change the Volume field to "gtstws01" in order to logon to the Actuate Viewer to see your saved reports.

No change is required if you currently view reports immediately after running them by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up window asking if you want to launch the Report Viewer.
