PG&E Waives OFO Noncompliance Charges for Gas Day July 7, 2000
Tuesday, August 8, 2000
On July 6, 2000, Pacific Gas and Electric Company's system inventory forecast for July 7 was above pipeline operating limits. Accordingly, Pacific Gas and Electric Company called a System-Wide Operational Flow Order due to high inventory.
Also on the morning of July 6, Pacific Gas and Electric Company experienced significant scheduling system problems, rendering INSIDEtracc nonfunctional for over 12 hours. Given the complexity and duration of these system problems, Pacific Gas and Electric Company will waive OFO noncompliance charges for gas day July 7, 2000. The August Detail of Bill, mailed in September, will not include OFO charges for July 7.
