On July 31, Pacific Gas and Electric Company distributed its first Operational Flow Order (OFO) Report.

As agreed in the OFO Settlement, Pacific Gas and Electric Company will file OFO Reports each quarter, documenting and explaining OFO, Emergency Flow Order, and trimming events and making proposals addressing areas of concern. The reports provide information and analysis that support ongoing discussion by the OFO Forum.
