The Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Gas OII Settlement Agreement will offer Pacific Gas and Electric Company's customers ten new service options, as described in the June 15, 2000 edition of Breaking News.

On July 17, 2000, Pacific Gas and Electric Company filed tariffs with the California Public Utilities Commission implementing the OII Settlement. If approved expeditiously, these tariffs may become effective as soon as October, 1, 2000.
