Waste Heat Notice

Waste heat recovered at natural gas compressor stations may be used to generate electricity. Pacific Gas & Electric Company and other members of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America have volunteered to provide information on compressor stations that meet the following criteria:

• Stations having a total gas turbine station capacity of at least 15,000 hp and operated at or more than 5,250 hours per year over the previous 12 months.
