Charges for trading imbalances into or out of storage are the variable charges for the applicable storage schedule, either G-FS or G-NFS. Under G-FS, for example, the usage charge is the same for either injection or withdrawal. You do not need injection and withdrawal capacity to trade imbalances into or out of storage.
