The Smarter Energy Line is a one-stop shop for saving energy. We offer:
- Free one-on-one consultation (over the phone) — with advisors highly trained in residential energy efficiency. Commercial, industrial or agricultural customers of PG&E should call our Business Customer Center at 1 (800) 468-4743.
- Referrals to programs — to help PG&E customers become more informed when considering purchasing energy efficient appliances and equipment.
- Personal service — Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific Time.
- 24-hour service — Hear recorded information about water heaters, refrigerators, heaters, air conditioners and other energy topics. Customers can also choose to be called back during business hours.
