Multifamily Property Owners and Managers
PG&E offers energy efficiency rebates to property owners and managers of multifamily dwellings that contain two or more units. The program encourages owners of existing properties to upgrade to qualifying energy-efficient products in individual tenant units and in the common areas of residential apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes.
