Steps to Sign Up

1. Download and print the SmartAC Brochure (PDF, 192 KB) and the Property Manager Registration and Tenant Authorization Forms (PDF, 348 KB)
2. Ask your tenant to complete and sign the authorization form, and give them a copy of the brochure
3. Mail the signed authorization(s) to the address provided on the form
