Once your SmartAC is installed and activated, you will need to register online. In 7-10 days after installation, your username and password will be active, and you should log in to your account.
To log in:
Click Manage your device located on the right hand side of the page, and bookmark this link for future use.
You will need a username and password.
Be sure to log in as soon as your username and password are active (usually 7-10 days after installation of your device) to familiarize yourself with this part of the website. That way you’ll be ready to check for SmartAC Event Days or to temporarily opt out. Note that the ability to opt out may not be available during extreme energy supply emergencies.
