Here’s what you will need:

• PG&E 11-digit account number
• Visa credit or debit card number
• Card's expiration date
• 5-digit ZIP code of the card's billing address
• Verification code, which is the 3-digit code in the signature line

Services available in English and Spanish.

*Visa payments made by 5:30 p.m. will normally be posted the same day. Payments made after 5:30 p.m. will normally be posted the next day.

Here's what you will need:

• Debit card with the STAR symbol or an electronic check
• Debit card and/or checking account information
• Touch-tone phone
• PG&E 11-digit account number

You'll get a Payment ID confirmation number at the end of your call. Payment will be posted within 24 hours. An independent service provider will charge a $1.40 transaction fee.

**Debit cards from Bank of America and Wells Fargo are on the InterLink system and cannot be processed at this time by our vendor.
