ClimateSmart Charity Challenge

Sign up for PG&E's ClimateSmart program and help selected Bay Area charities receive a donation of up to $25,000!

PG&E’s ClimateSmart program makes it easy to reduce your home or business' environmental impact. When buildings use natural gas and electricity, they produce greenhouse gas emissions (GHG).

As a ClimateSmart contributor, you balance out those emissions by making a tax-deductible contribution to fund GHG capture or reduction projects. The average home’s typical contribution is less than $5 a month.

Sign up now and select one of the following charities to benefit from your choice:

The California State Parks Foundation and its members are dedicated to protecting California’s 278 state parks, enhancing visitor experiences and expanding access to the natural beauty, rich culture and history, and recreational and educational opportunities statewide.

Save The Bay is committed to making the Bay cleaner and healthier for people and wildlife. Save The Bay wages and wins effective advocacy campaigns to establish 100,000 acres of healthy wetlands around the Bay, and protect the Bay from today’s greatest threats: pollution and urban sprawl.

Since 1917, Golden Gate Audubon has been a leader in connecting people with the natural beauty of the San Francisco Bay and protecting its precious wildlife and open spaces, through conservation and education.

PG&E has pledged a total of $25,000 to these three organizations and the amount each receives is dependent on how many new customers choose to support each charity. Once you’ve signed up and made your choice, PG&E will increase the share given to that organization, up to $25,000. The more people that participate, the larger donation each charity can receive...so enroll now and email this message to a friend today!
