Catering Services
The Pacific Energy Center offers a wide variety of dining options for your event through Sodexho, please see our catering menu. We recommend that first-time visitors to the Center speak with our Catering Account Manager, Chad Franklin, at (415) 973-0478 or e-mail him at cxfb@pge.com about menu options.
Please Note: We will charge the full cost of catering for any event cancelled with less than 3 business days notice.
Catering Details
- Sodexho will provide catering. No outside catering or caterer is permitted.
- Catering prices listed are for buffet service.
- For events requiring china and linen a 25% service charge will be added.
- For events requiring linen only a $4.50 per table with skirting add $10. per table.
- Floral arrangements, decorations or special equipment can be provided for your event with two weeks advance notice
- Bar service is available upon request between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
- Menus for evening and special events are arranged on an individual basis, please contact our Catering Account Manager for options
- Menu items are also available for late afternoon and evening events (3pm - 9pm)
- Bar service is available upon request between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Prices are as follows:
- Domestic Beer $5.00
- Wine $6.00
- Bar attendant labor is $35.00 an hour per attendant (4 hour minimum)
- Additional labor is $35.00 an hour per attendant (4 hour minimum)
- Additional labor is $40.00 an hour per attendant (4 hour minimum) after 2pm.
- Pacific Gas and Electric Company events will be billed through it's internal accounting system
- External clients will be invoiced with payment due on the day of the event. All prices listed are subject to an 8.5% state sales tax. Make check payable to "Sodexho"
