Customer Connections Online

What is Customer Connections Online?

PG&E wants to make the interactions between you and our company as easy and satisfying as possible. Through customer feedback we’ve learned that we could improve your satisfaction with PG&E by making our online tools more customer-friendly and easier to use.

Customer Connections Online (CCO) is a new service planning system that replaces the old PG&E Connect system. CCO offers new and improved online electric and gas customer service planning features that make it easy and intuitive to apply online to connect gas and electricity at your new home, upgrade or change location for your existing gas or electric service or ask for temporary (up to one year) electric power while you complete a building or remodeling project.

It's easy: Submit the online application anytime. You will receive a confirmation message that contains your application number. A PG&E representative will contact you within 3 business days to discuss the next steps.

What do I need to get started?

To complete the application, you will need to provide details about the contractor who will do the work and whether you want that contractor to work with PG&E on your behalf, as well as information on the load you will be connecting. You may also be asked to submit electronic copies of certain documents. You’ll find instructions for completing and submitting your application for service here.
