Starting in 2013, PG&E will be making available an additional means of notification prior to planned and/or unplanned outages. If you would like additional communication outreach beyond that which you have been receiving, please provide the relevant information requested below, indicating your preferred choice of contact preference. You will also continue to receive a letter by mail for planned outages and phone notification for unplanned outages.
