Reduce your electric rate with FERA (Family Electric Rate Assistance), our rate reduction program for large households of three or more people with low-to-middle income.
Energy Partners
See if you qualify for free home weatherization measures and energy-efficient appliances for low-income customers.
Medical Baseline Allowance
Receive approximately 500 kilowatthours (kwh) of electricity and/or 25 therms of gas per month at the lowest price for residential customers if you are dependent on life-support equipment or have special heating and cooling needs due to certain medical conditions.
LIHEAP
Get financial assistance with energy bills and weatherization projects through the California Department of Health and Human Services LIHEAP (Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program) program.
REACH
