Here’s what you will need:
- Debit card with the Visa, STAR, Accel, Nyce or Pulse symbols or an electronic check
- Debit card and/or checking account information
- Touch-tone phone
- PG&E 11-digit account number
You will receive a Payment ID confirmation number at the end of your call. Payment will be posted within 24 hours. An independent service provider will charge a $1.45 transaction fee.
