We know the unplanned outage on the My Energy section of our website has caused frustration for many of our customers. We're working diligently to identify a solution and restore service to My Energy. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. During this outage, our customers who are unable to login have several options to obtain account information and perform key transactions.

Pay My Bill

  • We offer several alternative ways to pay your energy statement.
  • Our local offices are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • You can make a payment over the phone. Call 1-877-704-8470 to pay with your credit card, debit card or echeck. Please note there is a service charge of $1.25.
  • You can also use our Mobile Bill Pay app on your iPhone, Android or BlackBerry. Please note there is a service charge of $1.25.
  • Residential customers can also make arrangements for a Balanced Payment Plan by calling 1-800-743-5000.
