Authorized Neighborhood Payment Centers
An Authorized Neighborhood Payment Center is a store or other place of business where you can pay your PG&E bill. Credit deposits, late notices and reconnection payments may also be made at these authorized locations.

When using Authorized Neighborhood Payment Centers you must either present your bill or have your 11 digit PG&E account number available.
Things to remember when using this option:

  • Bring your bill or 11 digit account number with you. (NOTE: You must have your bill to pay at Walmart.)
  • Retain the receipt for your records (you will need this if you call us about your payment).
  • Authorized Neighborhood Payment Centers only accept cash, check or money order for payment. (NOTE: Walmart accepts cash and pin-based debit cards only.)
  • Payments made by 5 p.m. post to your account on the same day

You may access your account by entering 11 digit account number with you or by entering the phone number and the last 4 digits of the Social Security number associated with the account.

PG&E maintains 75 local customer service offices throughout the service territory to serve you.Local Offices accept cash, check, money order, cashier checks and traveler’s checks for payment.
