eRebates

eRebates allows customers to apply electronically for the residential and business rebates offered through "Energy Efficiency Rebates for Your Business” and “Energy Efficiency Rebates for Your Home".

Applying for eRebates is fast and efficient. Your account number automatically directs you to the appropriate application–business or residential-and you can follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the application.

After you submit your electronic application and required documentation for the appropriate program, eRebates offers the ability for you to log back in and check the status of your rebate application(s) online.

PG&E has upgraded eRebates, the online system to submit rebate applications for your home or business. If you've used eRebates before, you may notice a new design and streamlined process for submitting a rebate.

How to Apply for eRebates

  1. Sign up or login to My Energy
  2. Scroll down to the 'Shortcuts' section on the left, click "eRebates"
  3. Click "Apply"
  4. Begin the eRebates Application Process
  5. Print the eRebates Confirmation Page (you will need access to a printer)
  6. FAX or mail the eRebates Confirmation Page and all proofs of purchase to PG&E
