The program offers building owners and their design teams a wide range of services, such as Design Assistance; Design Team Incentives; Owner Incentives; and an educational resource, Energy Design Resources.
Customized New Construction (Non–Title 24 Buildings)
Customized New Construction (CNC) provides financial incentives for eligible customers to install high-efficiency equipment or systems in buildings that are not subject to California's Title 24 building code. (For buildings that are subject to Title 24, please see Savings by Design, above.) CNC offers incentives based on energy savings and permanent peak-demand reduction.

Retrocommissioning (RCx)
Retrocommissioning (RCx) is a systematic process for identifying less-than-optimal performance in a facility's existing equipment and control systems and making necessary repairs or enhancements to save energy and cost. Whereas retrofitting involves replacing outdated equipment, RCx focuses on improving the efficiency of what is already in place.

Demand Response Programs
PG&E's demand response programs offer incentives for business owners who curtail their facility's energy use during times of peak demand. Find out how your business can benefit and help make a difference in the state's energy well being.
Solar Energy Programs
PG&E is harnessing the power of the sun on many levels. In fact, over 30,000 PG&E customers have already realized the power of the sun by installing photovoltaic systems—more than any other utility in the nation, and garnering PG&E the title of the most "solar integrated utility" in the U.S. PG&E, along with our customers, is taking great interest in "going solar." Learn how this natural renewable resource can benefit you.
Self-Generation Incentive Program
PG&E's Self Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) provides financial incentives for the installation of new, qualifying wind or fuel cell self-generation equipment.
LED Lighting
LED products can help your business cut its energy costs—but purchasing the wrong LED product could be a costly mistake. This is why PG&E and other California utility companies are working to create programs that will mitigate this risk and help customers select quality LED products appropriate for their applications. PG&E currently offers incentives on many LED products.
