• Retrofits: Incentives for Existing Facilities
  Receive a customized energy analysis and financial incentives for your large-scale, energy efficiency upgrades and retrofit projects. Incentive payments are based on actual reduction in energy usage. For more information, see Incentives for Existing Facilities.
• Incentives for New Construction: Savings by Design
  Take advantage of our cash incentives and design assistance to maximize the energy efficiency of your new facility. Our Nonresidential New Construction program offers incentives for owners (up to $500,000) and design teams (up to $50,000). For more information, see Incentives for New Construction.
• New Efficiency Options (NEO)
  Provides incentives and technical assistance to commercial customers installing innovative lighting systems in office, retail, supermarket, fast food restaurant, and medical buildings with 20,000 square feet or more. For more information, see New Efficiency Options.
