Energy Efficiency for Multifamily Properties
The Energy Efficiency Rebates for Multifamily Properties are offered to multifamily property owners and managers of existing residential dwellings that contain 2 or more units. The program encourages the installation of qualifying energy-efficient products in individual tenant units and in the common areas of residential apartment buildings, mobile home parks, and condominium complexes.
How to Apply
All multifamily product rebate offerings require a reservation except for refrigerator, freezer and room AC recycling. Please call our Smarter Energy Line at 1(800) 933-9555 to obtain the specifications for qualifying products and to receive an Energy Efficiency Rebates for Multifamily Properties Packet, which includes the reservation form and catalog. Please fax in the completed forms in order to receive an approved reservation number. Reservations will be considered on a first-come, first served basis.
Note: Some products may require installation by a qualified license contractor.
Funding is limited. This offering shall at all times be subject to change or termination without prior notice. This offering is funded by California utility customers and administered by Pacific Gas and Electric Company under the auspices of the CPUC.
