PG&E Programs

• Incentives for Existing Facilities
  Receive customized energy analyses and financial incentives for your large-scale, energy efficiency upgrades and retrofit projects. Incentive payments are based on actual reduction in energy usage. For more information, see Incentives for Existing Facilities.
• Incentives for New Construction: Savings by Design
  Take advantage of our cash incentives and design assistance to maximize the energy efficiency of your new facility. Our Non Residential New Construction program offers incentives for owners (up to $500,000) and design teams (up to $50,000). For more information, see Incentives for New Construction.
• New Efficiency Options (NEO)
  NEO provides incentives and technical assistance to commercial customers installing innovative technologies in buildings with 20,000 square feet or more. For more information, see New Efficiency Options.
• Retrocommissioning (RCx) Program
  RCx can help you optimize the performance of your existing building equipment, lighting, and control systems. It’s an efficient, affordable alternative to retrofitting. more information, see Retrocommissioning (RCx).

PG&E Partnership Programs

• Cool Control Plus
  Cool Control Plus offers free installation of air conditioning thermostats, controllers, and infrared occupancy sensors in qualifying guest rooms with Packaged Terminal Air Conditioning systems (PTACs). They also offer energy-saving devices for vending machines and energy-efficient lightbulbs for hotels and motels. For more information, see Cool Control Plus.
• Energy Watch Partnerships
  Energy Watch partnerships throughout the PG&E service area help Californians lower their energy bills and enjoy a cleaner environment. Seventeen cities, counties, and agencies have joined forces with PG&E to extend the reach and effectiveness of energy efficiency programs, and to provide information about demand response programs, renewable energy, and self-generation opportunities. • Lodging Savers
  Lodging Savers provides money-saving energy efficiency retrofits for lodging properties at a reduced cost. You can receive a free comprehensive energy survey of your property, with no further obligation, and rebates that minimize your capital outlay. For more information, see Lodging Savers.
