Save More Over Time: Incentives
PG&E offers your business cash incentives* for retrofit and new construction projects that exceed California's Title 24 Standards by 15 percent or more. A PG&E representative will work with you and your design teams to help develop a customized project plan and provide you with technical advice and energy savings analysis.
Here's how it works:
Visit the California Advanced Homes site at www.californiaadvancedhomes.com for complete information on incentives for residential new construction. (The California Advanced Homes Program is administered by Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison, Southern California Gas Company and San Diego Gas & Electric Company, under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.)
PG&E has contracted with the Heschong Mahone Group, Inc., (HMG), a third party energy-efficiency implementation specialist, to implement residential single-family and multi-family new construction projects. Contact HMG at cahp@h-m-g.com

The New Solar Homes Partnership provides financial incentives and other support to home builders to encourage the construction of new, energy-efficient solar homes.
California Multifamily New Homes
This program provides incentives for new construction of multi-family projects that are built to exceed 2008 Title 24 requirements by 15% or more.
New Construction Services
Apply online for new service, a gas or electric line relocation, change in existing service, or temporary power for a residential, agricultural, or commercial/industrial construction project.
