Requirements

• Each rental unit must have a standard central air conditioner or heat pump in suitable operating condition
• Life support and medical baseline customers do not qualify to participate
• SmartAC technology cannot be installed on evaporative coolers and window or wall units

2. Share information with your tenants and ask them to enroll today
3. Have your tenants go online to www.pge.com/SmartAC to complete the online enrollment form
