  • Estimated date your PeakChoice enrollment will be effective, approximately 30 days from application submissionEnrollment Date (est):
  • Estimated date you will be eligible and compensated for participation in PeakChoice events. PeakChoice season is May 1 - October 31.Incentive Start Date (est):
  • Annual incentive paid for program participation based on committed load reduction. Payment depends upon program selections including, but not limited to notification lead time, maximum number of event hours per year, and consecutive event days. You will receive 6 monthly bill credits whether or not a PeakChoice event occurs in the month.Committed Load Payment (A):

  • Range of possible adjustments to committed load payments if the actual load reduction is less than the committed load reduction. No adjustment is incurred if you are not called to participate in a PeakChoice event or if you meet 100% of your committed load reduction in each hour of every event.Performance Based Adjustments (B):

  • Range of energy payments earned for actual load reduction. You will receive an energy payment if you are able to deliver at least 50% of your committed load reduction.
