Pacific Energy Center Technical Staff
Our Technical Advisors offer expertise in lighting, HVAC, or architecture. In addition to coordinating and teaching the Energy Center's classes, they perform or coordinate other technical endeavors through the Center including field measurements, systems analysis, and technology transfer.

Robert's career in energy efficiency began in 1991 and includes serving as Sr. Program Engineer, and now Director, at the PEC, a building science researcher at U.C. Berkeley, and a lecturer and professor at various colleges and universities focusing on topics related to energy efficiency and integrated building design. Robert has a B.A. Architecture and a Master of Architecture from U.C. Berkeley.

Bill Burke organizes and coordinates many of the Energy Center's architectural programs and evening lecture series. He serves as an excellent source of information concerning daylighting and architectural issues.

Chris Condon is a graduate of Sonoma State University's Energy Management and Design Program. She has a BS in Environmental Studies and an AS in Computer Science. Chris runs the Energy Center's Tool Lending Library, a program that loans measurement equipment to California energy customers. She is the primary contact for tool lending transactions.

Jeannine Fisher is our Lighting Program Coordinator and contact for using the Lighting Classroom demonstration facility. She holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Dominican University of California. With her wide range of experience in lighting design, engineering, and marketing, Jeannine conceives and conducts the PEC lighting education activities.

Halley Fitzpatrick has a Master's degree from the Building Systems Program of the University of Colorado's Architectural Engineering Program. Halley provides advice and teaches and coordinates courses related to lighting and energy efficiency.

Ryan Stroupe is the Pacific Energy Center's Measurement Tools Program Coordinator. He also designs and instructs many of the Energy Center's whole building performance programs. Ryan is a product of the Master of Architecture Program at U.C. Berkeley.
