| Description | The California Advanced Homes Program (CAHP) is the new residential new construction energy efficiency program that lines up with the 2008 energy code. Learn how you can take advantage of this program to increase sales and provide your buyers with a comfortable home that costs them less to heat and cool. Learn how to be accepted into the program, how to sell the benefits of a California Advanced Home, and how to collect your incentive dollars.
