All classes below are free, unless otherwise noted. Please limit your choices to 10 or fewer classes you will attend. Registrations are processed by date of the event. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we may not acknowledge your request right away. Our classes are sponsored by the Pacific Energy Center (PEC), Energy Training Center - Stockton (ETC), and the Food Service Technology Center (FSTC).

NOTE: Fall classes are posted in late August and Spring classes are posted in late January.
