The PG&E Energy Education Center offers the latest information about the transmission and delivery of electricity, educating the public about a vital topic that affects people’s daily lives.

The Center features a variety of exhibits that showcase our commitment to delivering safe, clean, affordable and reliable energy to our customers. Visitors to the Center may browse exhibits to learn more about a range of topics from PG&E’s growing green vehicle fleet to safely managing used nuclear fuel.

We invite you to stop by the facility to meet our staff and learn more about PG&E and Diablo Canyon. Guided tours of the exhibit hall are available upon request.

Facility Usage

Meeting Rooms and Spaces
The Energy Education Center contains private meeting spaces serving two to 93 people, as well as exhibit and demonstration spaces that can comfortably accommodate table-top presentations or large-scale equipment displays. While the facility is primarily used for PG&E’s educational programs and events, the Center can be made available to companies or organizations for meetings or events whose vision or function supports economic development, education, environmental stewardship, local civic programs or energy-related functions.

Auditorium – a capacity of 93 people, with 69 permanent classroom style chairs and state-of-the-art AV equipment

Conference Room – a smaller room that comfortably seats 10 people

Picnic Area – outdoor picnic area is free and open to the public

How to Request a Speaker

If you have any questions about Speaker’s Bureau services or would like to request a presentation from the PG&E Speakers' Bureau for your organization please e-mail EnergyEducationCenter@pge.com or call 805-546-5280. Please submit this request at least 30 days prior to your event. A PG&E staff member will contact you within 5 business days of receiving your completed form.
