These online forms are provided here for your convenience when you have multiple service requests to submit.

Submitting Multiple Requests Online

Please use the online forms for multiple transaction for services you want to begin at least two business days from today, excluding weekends and holidays. Do not use these forms for immediate service needs, such as reconnecting service due to non-payment. If immediate service is required within 48 hours, please call our 24-hour Customer Service line at 1 (800) 468-4743. Thank you.

E-mail requests will be processed within one business day of receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. A confirmation response will be sent to you by e-mail.

  • Interim Service Agreement (PDF - 36KB)
    When an Interim Service Agreement has been completed by the property owner, service will generally stay on when the tenant proves notice of its intent to move and service will be transferred into the name of the owner. If a property owner is interested in having service remain active between tenancies, please click on the link below to download the form.
  • Request for Service (PDF - 40KB)
    Property managers/owners with an active and valid Interim Service Agreement can ask their tenant to complete a PG&E Request for Service form when the tenant signs a rental agreement.   • Property Manager Authorization to Receive Owner Information or Act on a Owner's Behalf (PDF - 39KB)
