For questions regarding installing a new gas or electric service, upgrading your existing gas or electric service, or to submit your application for service over the phone, call the New Construction Service Center (NCSC) at 1-877-PGE-SRVC (1-877-743-7782) Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you have an existing application and an assigned PG&E Representative please call the representative directly to answer your questions or view a list of offices (PDF, 127 KB) to find the contact information for your assigned PG&E Representative.
