Direct Access—Electricity—Energy Service Providers
Below is a list of ESPs currently authorized to provide electricity to customers in Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s service territory. All of these ESPs have signed service agreements with Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
Only those marked with an asterisk * currently serve customer load in PG&E’s service area. Other ESPs may accept new customers. To determine if an ESP is currently accepting new customers, you should contact the ESP directly.
In addition, all ESPs must register with the California Public Utility Commission (CPUC). ESPs serving residential and small commercial customers (accounts under 20 kW) must provide residential and small commercial customers with information about their rates and services. This is known as a Section 394.5 notice.
