Do I Have a SmartAC Device?

Did you just move in? It's possible you may already have SmartAC technology installed.

To determine whether a SmartAC device is installed, examine both your thermostat and your central air conditioner unit. If your central air conditioner is in an unsafe place for viewing please call PG&E first at1-866-908-4916.


Switch for Your Home
When examining your air conditioner, look for a box that resembles the photo to the left. It will be installed on or near the outside components of your AC unit. If you recognize the SmartAC switch, just call us to activate it.



Utility Pro Thermostat
When examining your thermostat, look for a PG&E logo. If you already have a SmartAC thermostat, just call us to activate it.



Thermostat ExpressStat Thermostat
When examining your thermostat, look for a PG&E logo. If you already have a SmartAC thermostat, just call us to activate it.
