Printed answers displayed on your machine will respond to your questions about service appointments, energy efficiency, customer programs or bills.

Wake Up Call

If you lose power overnight, call 1-800-743-5002. We'll be happy to give you a wake-up call, as well as up-to-date information on your outage and time of restoration. Please have your Pacific Gas and Electric Company account number and phone number associated with your account available.
