Transfer Service—Multiple Properties

NOTE: If you are a small-or medium-size business, or a non-profit entity transferring service at a single location, make your Transfer request online. It's easy and fast—requests are usually processed the same or next day.

Use this form to make requests to stop services at one location and start services at another location within PG&E's service territory. Appointment dates should be requested a minimum of two working days in advance and should not be scheduled for a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. Four-hour appointment time frames will be accommodated only if resources are available. If resources are unavailable on the date/time requested, appointments will be scheduled as an all day (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) appointment.
