Self-Generation Incentives

All PG&E customers, including Community Choice Aggregation and Direct Access customers, are eligible to receive incentives or credits for installing and operating self-generation facilities. The types of incentives or credits you may be eligible for depends on the renewable program you’ve selected. While the Electric Generation Interconnection (EGI) department does not assist with these rebates, PG&E provides services to help you understand the benefits of installing solar and other renewable energy systems.

Sign up to receive a Solar Savings Kit.

You'll also want to consider investigating the benefits that may be available to you through applicable state incentive programs.

Of course, if you can't find what you need, you can always contact PG&E. Our EGI team members are happy to help. You'll find contact information on the pages specific to your type of project, or email gen@pge.com.
